Paradise Gems is by far the largest provider of support and services for the SEN and SEND to the BME communities in Preston. The BME and minority community is becoming increasingly marginalised and weak due to reduction in support services due to austerity. This is exacerbated by the workload on the voluntary sector which traditionally supported needy communities has increased as the public sector reduces services. We are here to help and make a difference.
